I have a special place in my heart for her New Workout from 1985 especially the floor work.
Jane Fonda’s Prime Time from 1984, and the original workout from 1982 are my favorites. I also really like Jane Fonda’s Workout Challenge from 1984, though, the first time I did it, I didn’t think I’d survive it. It’s about an hour and a half, and very intense!

Very curious as to how Jane feels about the so-called peaceful protest yesterday in DC…esp after all the peaceful protests she and many others were arrested for in the past year? Jane was the first person I wanted to hear a reaction from about all of this! So very disturbing for so many and an embarrassment none of us should have to feel.
