I’ve always found yoga difficult to do but Jane’s am/pm was great. I’m over 60 but managed all of the moves and you feel like Jane is actually by your side.

Hi, I have several workout videos and dvds of Janes. I think she’s wonderful and comes across as so supportive when you workout with her. You are a lucky lady to have trained her.
