Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad & White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Here are the ingredients for the for the shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad I had in New Orleans at “Sylvains” in the French Quarter. Incase you missed it I wrote about eating at “Sylvain” here: BLOG It was one of the most original and delicious salads I have ever had. I haven’t made this myself yet, so if you do try it let me know how it works for you at home. Salad 1 cup shaved brussels sprouts 1/4 cup diced granny smith apples 1 1/2 Tablespoons crushed, toasted hazelnuts 1 Tablespoon grated Pecorino Romano 1 1/2 ounce White Balsamic Vinaigrette White Balsamic Vinaigrette 1 cup White balsamic vinegar 4 TBS Honey 4 cups Blended oil 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt
