All of us signing autographs when it was all over. I asked everyone who came by what they thought about the event and how they heard about it. They all wanted to come next year. I was surprised how many of the women said they watched their mothers do "Jane fonda" with my video tapes in the ‘70s and ‘80s and now it’s their turn to get fit with me

The Pointer Sisters performing their iconic songs that we all worked out to in the ‘80s.

Here’s most of the group—the "A" team—who worked out at the Dome and then, because they were the biggest team, went to dinner with me. We had a blast. Some are from Atlanta, some came from Maryland and Utah. The dinner with the "A" team was at Aja, a modern asian kitchen in Buckhead Atlanta, and also made possible by Grey Goose and Conjure.

This is Jerri Timothy who runs a fitness center in Price, Utah. It was her anniversary and her gorgeous husband let her come to dinner anyway while he waited nearby. (he could have come but didn’t know it!). She does Billy Blanks boot camp training which she says is truly arduous.

Jane, I dont know if you realize what something as small as creating a work out tape (although that isn’t very small) does for people! World Fitness Day is a wonderful idea! I hope to go to one!
