The whole package. I'm 71 now. I lived in Buenos Aires for 2 years (2005/2006), and while there, I had "work done". The surgeons are amazing and very professional. Cosmetic "work" is very popular in BA and most women who can afford it have work done. There is no shame on it. Aging is not for wimps and it takes courage to admit one needs some help from the scalp. We should all look as good a we feel. You go girl! do what you have to do. You look absolutely great.
