I must admit that last night I went away to sleeping with a bit of sadness for the result. I do not live in USA and I did not see any of the works, but for sharm it she was waiting and wanted that you were winning your. Equal you are a winner for many people
Ms. Fonda,
My daughter and I were in New York on Saturday. We were on a bus trip from Baltimore, MD. We were walking by the Renaissance Hotel. After we walked by my daughter said to me isn’t that the lady who plays the Mom in the Monster-in-law movie. I turned around and looked and I said OMG that is Jane Fonda. We ran into my younger daughter who had to walk back to see you in real life. We wanted to take a picture of you, but you told a fan you prefer no pictures so we just went on our merry way. We wanted to respect your wishes.
You were stunningly beautiful, and the dress fit great. What a great year for Broadway, and Neil was a perfect host! You did win Jane, so much, this last year. You passed each moment along to the rest of us, and some us learned and have grown because of your sharing. Enjoy New York!

your energy is just astounding….glad to hear you loved the Galapagos….keep that light shinging Jane!!!
Thank you for tweeting all day yesterday. It was definitely cool to read about everything you were experiencing from the rehearsal to the actual show.
And you looked breathtaking in that dress, Jane! My dad was like, “are you sure she’s 71…she looks about 51.” You truly looked stunning!
All my best,
Amanda
You should have won……… Your performance was outstanding…………
Is your buddy Carrie Fisher the author of Wishful Drinking and other wonderful books? I adore her! Give her a hug for me, puh-lease.
