Well its been a couple of days following Jane Fonda’s advice and the woman is Smart! I have been eating healthy, eating by colour and exercising and reading her prime time book. I am already feeling so much better and am enjoying taking the time for myself as she puts it and I am just going to keep going on this healthy path.
