I did not live through that, but I believe it was because Americans did not feel we were being directly threatened- yet were being asked to sacrifice our young. From meeting you at the premiere of 9 to 5 a few years ago, to seeing your new film tonight, you remain a class act and remind me why I moved to Los Angeles to work in “The Industry”. I’ve been able to contribute financially to causes important to both of us but our paths haven’t crossed since that 9 to 5 premiere a “few” years ago. Stay strong!
