  1. Jane, I thought you had some info for us who need hormones and info on what our body does not produce at age 80. I am alway tired, fatique, weakness and don’t want to do anything but sit.

    Also I want to say that we should never have been in Viet Nam. I believe McNamara said something about this many years after the war.

    I try to smile all the time when I do not people always ask if I am mad I never am.
    I am exercising my face to try and get rid of the mouth wrinkles.
    I wish you would consider making a DVD on facial and neck exercises.
