I still have, and was doing, your 1970′s workouts, but just romped through your new Workout video and am totally pumped (age 63 now) … gosh, thank you so much for producing the new videos … a bit more core, and the production quality is A+++ – great cue-ing. Bravo! Will be recommending to my friends.
I’m 53. Although my weight is excellent for my age, my strength and flexibility are in horrible shape. I have been trying to talk myself into beginning a fitness program, but never felt comfortable with the DVDs available – many of which I even own. I’ll be purchasing your program. Thank you for presenting something that even I can begin using with confidence.

Bought ‘FIT & STRONG’ for my ol’ school friends for Christmas because I thought it was so good. I couldn’t wait to get ‘WALK OUT’ so I snatched it up as soon as I found it. Love what you are doing. You are such an inspiration and motivator. I needed these sooooo bad. Retired and 60 and coming back. Best Kegel: Stand up; cross legs at ankles; squeeze.
